Oh Panama

I had the chance to visit the Oh Panama in Berlin. The Potsdamer Strasse is getting cooler and cooler and this restaurant is tucked away in the back of an old HOF. The restaurant offers awesome food with a touch of Japanese fusion. I went there with a friend from Japan who is visiting Berlin and we chosee the Omakase Tour to Panama Course

Usually in fine dining you get tiny portions but not at the Panama. The first course was an incredible tartare which you put onto a awesome crispy toasted baguette. Second course was an avocado salmon sashimi salad. Maincourse was braised pork cheeks. I have never eaten pork cheeks that tender. OMG. bEST ever ! And the dessert, an icecream with salted caramel and brownies inside. OMG OMG OMG !
