Bak kut teh
Yesterday I was asked by if I often visit Hawker Center/ Food stalls. Many seems to be under the impression that I only fly firstclass and eat in a Michelin Star restaurant. The opposite is true, while I like a great meal, I always try to go local.
My favorite Bak kut teh restaurant is the Outram Park Ya Uha Rou Gou cha. It is actually a food stall (not a real restaurant) but the Bak Kuh Teh is amazing there. I always get extra soup on the side so they won't water down the soup. If you go to Singapore, please try Bak kuh teh it is one of my favorite soups.
Do you like Bak kut teh ???
