Over the years, when we hear the word Africa, the first thought that comes to mind is poverty, terrorism, under development etc. But that's just the media wants us to believe. So starting from today, am going posting series of documentaries on the beautiful side of Africa.
Lagos being the economic capital of west Africa is also the most populated city being home to over 22million people. This massive population have contributed to the IGR (internally generated revenue) of the state through taxes and other means. Lagos alone account for one-third of all maritime activities in west Africa and also generates 51% of Nigeria's revenue. The GDP of lagos state is said to be higher than that of countries in east africa! . so for those interested in the infrastructure of this state well, in terms of health care it can boast of world class hospitals with state of the art facilities
In terms of relaxation or recreation facilities, it can boast of an awesome experience with the Atlantic ocean as lagos is a state surrounded by water bodies. Its beaches are second to none (in my opinion)
Finally let me not get started on the hotels. Its first star hotels provides you an unforgettable luxurious experience with its vast variety of local, continental and international foods
So guys tell me what do you think about Lagos?
