I have heard of innumerable health benefits of early morning walk in the nature surrounded by greenery and serenity which not only offers fresh oxygen to breathe but also escalate your mood and boost energy level throughout the day.
I deliberately chose "other wise lazy" Sunday to explore and experience nature walk at crack of dawn and started my morning walk at 5.45 AM, was still dark outside with briskly tapping my footsteps on the track with lush green forests. The walkway was moderately lit by street lights for better visibility of the path.
The sound of buzzing insects mixed with intermittent chirping of birds and the fresh oxygen and smell of aromatic flowers had a mesmerizing effect on me while I was moving forward through the trail. The path was surrounded by coconut and palm tress, exotic plants and flowers, grass with morning dews, bushes , chirping birds.
During the walk, stopped for some moment to look at large land snails partly came out of the shell which I never ever experienced during morning walk. I was bemused and amused by the movement of the snail hiding inside the shell moment after hearing my footsteps. Could not resist myself to capture the moments of "Snails Movements" by my mobile camera with flash on.
Finished my walk in 45 minutes but could not realize the time passed and was completely lost in the mother nature.
While return had a break for some time and sat on the assorted natural rocks for a while just to be with the mother nature.
Really out of the world experience and have decided to go for the early Nature walk on regular basis to have more positive impact on mind, body and soul.
A really a memorable Sunday for me and look forward to have many more in future..
