Today May 16 , 2018 is the result day of my entrance examination result at Cebu Technological University . As an early preparation , I decided to prepare "escabechi" My mothers favorite pinoy food . I'm pretty excited and nervous on what would be the result , I hope it's positive .
This dish is a combination of sweet and sour taste , just perfect to start our fresh morning .
