Hi #steemian, since it's my off today I prepare bake chicken for our lunch. Its simple to prepare and it's so yummy. First cut your chicken into your preferred size then clean, put soy sauce, little pepper, oyster sauce, sugar mix till combined and set aside for a least an hour then if its ready arrange to your baking tin and put a little oil then covered with foil and bake for at least 45 mins to 1 hour, check if it's done then you can serve with a bowl of rice and hmmmmm you had a perfect lunch..
