My husband and I started a less carb diet plan since 25th last month. In our 2 weeks of dieting, we feel that we are not bloated anymore. We still weigh the same but no bloated feeling anymore. Today, I baked chhicken liver for our dinner and it was so good. I just put butter, salt and pepper and baked it for 40 minutes. We saved some for tomorrow since I bought 2 packs.
