My son is a picky eatet but loves spaghetti so I was challenged to cook it in a healthy way so he can get enough nutrients. Yesterday, our day off, I went to grocery store to buy vegetables to make it as my sauce. I bought capsicums, tomatoes, apples.
After I got home, I blended it to make a sauce while boiling my pasta. It tasted a little bit sour so I put sugar it it and milk too. After adding it, my spaghetti sauce was perfect. Just like my regular sauce that my little one loves.
You can actually add any kinds of vegetables just avoid the green leafy ones. I will add carrots, cauliflower to it next time.
