Mapo Tofu time!! Welcome Food Uloggers as we are in another of my lunch ulogs.
We wanted something made with Tofu and so we orderd Mapo Tofu which is a Chinese Dish made of Tofu, ground pork, some eggplants and a bit spicy.
Perfect for a lunch meal as it contains all sorts of good stuff!
