We still have a rainy week-end. Since the kids can not outside they are upstairs watching TV or playing in the balcony. I preferred to stay in the room monitoring #steemit. The kids were noisy but is is better than too quiet. I am not fond of a quiet house or a house with no people.
The resto downstairs closes on Saturday. That is the day when the cook makes sweets and snacks to sell. I did not know it until I saw her post on Facebook. So I ordered some sweets to eat during the weekend.
Here are some that I ordered,
These are called choco-ball or munchkins. I am not sure what it is but I think chocolate graham crackers crumbled mixed with coco powder and condensed milk. Just enough to make it sticky and then rolled into small balls and decorated. I am not sure but I think this is how. 25 pcs for 30 pesos including the plastic container.
This is puto chees or steamed rice cakes. I don't know how to cook it. It is easy bt I have not really tried to cook it. A popular snack for everyone, It can be plain white or colored. Some even put alittle flavoring. 25 pcs for 50 pesos.
I gave my mother 4 puto cheese for her snack and a glass of warm milk.
This is mine, 2 of each with a cup of hot coffee on a cold rainy afternoon while playing Cookie Jam on FB.
When it is the rainy season you are just to lazy to go out. So I stayed home, did my #steemit posting. Now my #ulogs so I won't be busy tonight because it is the time we fill up the weekly medicine containers for my mom and mine maintenance medicines.
