Simple Bulgarian food. It's potatoes mixed with vegetables, rice, and with Bulgarian herbs. Mamo made this dish the other day. I love it because it has rice in it. Like I mentioned before, Bulgarians like to eat almost everything with yogurt. My mom in law eats this with yogurt and bread. My son eats anything with no problem.

We usually combine it with shospka salad with fresh tomatoes, cucumber, and parsley from the garden. Shopska salad is good with feta cheese. But most of the time, we separate the feta cheese because not everybody in my family eats dairy products. How about
