I'm back, and I would like to share to you a new recipe - Tokwang Sisig. This idea is not mine, I got this from one post at facebook, so I tried it.
Indeed, this one is very delicious! You might try it at home 😊
Here's the ingredients.
1 Tokwa
2 Mayonaise
3 Oyster Sause
4 White Onion
5 Green Chile
6 Magic Sarap
7 Butter/Dairy Creme
How to prepare
1.Put Tokwa/Tofu (10pcs) in a small container, put some water and Magic sarap. Soak it for 30 min. minimum.
2 Fry the Tokwa and slice into bite-size.
3 Mix Oyster Sauce and Mayonaise.
Slice the onion and green chili.
4 Saute the onion and green chili with the butter.
5 Put the Fried-sliced tofu and the mixed mayoinaise and oyster sauce.
- Mix together, aaaand we're dooone!!!
- Serve, eat and enjoy!!!
