The day started off incredibly. We explored the stunning coastlines and colorful villages of Cinque Terre, soaking in the views, the sea breeze, and the joy of discovering something new with family. I had prepared for the trip with a practical mindset—traveling light each day, using a sling to keep essentials close, and only carrying what was needed: my driver’s license, a copy of my passport, and just enough cash.
