My easy dinner/vegan delight😊
I've been vegetarian for some time and I'm trying to become a vegan☺️...so I'm experimenting with familiar things like salads...things that can't go really wrong ...if you know what I mean😜.
I am passionate about everything that means plant power and fascinated by the amazing results that living plant based brings to the human body.
The salad ingredients are:
1 big tomato
A handful of rucola
A handful of baby spinach
4 pieces of green olives
Some Pine seeds , sunflower seeds,
pumpkin seeds
Sesame oil , lemon juice , salt and pepper to season
maize( you can add croutons, pasta whatever makes you comfortable).
Easy to make! delicious! easy to digest!
