Hey there,
after being a carnivore all my life I finally try to cut out animal products for at least 30 days. I know it wont be easy but I thought posting about my food and interacting with other vegans will keep me motivated. I think it will be quite challenging because I also live gluten-free.
This is what I had for breakfast.
INGREDIENTS
• Coconut milk
• Apple
• Mint
• Lemon
• Ginger
• Avocado
• Frozen Kale
I prefer to use frozen fruits/vegetables for all my smoothies because first of all, I like my smoothie to be thick and creamy, but I also simple don't like to consume beverages at room temperature.
