cooking em up
So these pancakes may not look the prettiest but they are delish and super easy to make! Simply puree rolled oats, a couple of ripe bananas and about a cup of almond or soy milk and a touch of vanilla in a high speed blender. Then fry it up on a non-stick pan and add cinnamon, blueberries or chocolate chips or whatever topping and maple syrup to serve! Takes 5 mins and it's like having dessert for breakfast.
