Hello to you all, on this lovely July weekend,
I thought that with it being the height of summer and Wimbledon Tennis time, this was a good time to share my Strawberries and Vegan Cream, because I find it SOooO delicious and reminiscient of my happy childhood in Wimbledon.
It's so easy to make the cream, probably alot easier than the process an animal goes through to provide it :) Plus lactose intolerant people may prefer this way too.
All you need are some soaked cashews, a little sweetener of your choice, such as agave nectar or lovely sweet medjool dates. I have put the quantities in the video below.
Blend them all together in water (I also like to add a teaspoon or so of raw coconut oil for smoother texture) ...and before you know it, you have your vegan cream that you can dip your strawberries into :) I also love to take this on picnics that wouldn't be complete without this pudding option :)
