As I promised in my introduction post, I will spread the word about healing the Planet with food. In case you feel like reading it, do it here. :)
This is the Pizza I feel the best when I eat it. I do understand many are attached to white dough but it is a heavily processed ingredient, therefore it makes no sense to consume it.
My Vegan Pizza Consists Of:
- Buckwheat Dough
- Shrooms and Onions marinade
- Spinach Pesto
- Sheese (Vegan Cheese)
In the next paragraphs, I will write you in details how to make all of it.
For the beginning, you should start with:
Buckwheat Dough
- 1 cup of chopped Buckwheat
- 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup of moisturized Nuts
- 3 Carrots (cut in cubes)
- 1 Teaspoon of Italian spices (rosemary, sage, thyme, basil, laurel & marjoram)
Explanation:
Soak one cup of Buckwheat in the water overnight. Since the water will be soaked, make sure to drain and rinse several times.
Place the Buckwheat and Olive oil in a chopper and mix. Add the nuts and mix until the mixture looks good to you. Now add Carrots and Italian spices.
Form a 10 centimeter circle in diameter of the dehydrator. Dehydrate at 45 degrees for 45 minutes. Reduce the heat to 41 degrees and dehydrate until tips dry out.
Shrooms And Onions Marinade
- 1 cup of sliced Shrooms
- 1 cup of sliced Onions
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 Clove of Garlic, crushed
- 1 Teaspoon of Italian spices
Explanation:
Put the shrooms and onions together in the glass bowl. Mix Olive oil and Tamari. Pour over Shrooms and Onions and mix well, then add Garlic and Italian spices.
Put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to marinate. Remove the mixture, drain. Place on dehydrated sheets and dehydrate at 42 degrees for 4-5 hours.
Spinach Pesto
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 Spinach cups
- 1/3 cup of Olive oil
- 1/2 cup of Cashews, moisturized+dried
Mix it all and don't forget to add Garlic. Mix with rest of the ingredients until the dough is completely formed.
Sheese
- 1 cup Indian nuts(Soaked overnight & drained)
- 1 Teaspoon of Lemon juice
- A pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
- A pinch of Pepper
Mix all the ingredients until you get a Fresh cheese texture. Make sure to add some water if its needed.
This is a perfect example of a pizza that is not only tasty but it nourishes every single one of our cells. How beautiful is that?
Raw vegan pizzas are thing of the future. When our future generations will eat raw food, what will they think about our Old ways of feeding ourselves. Probably not to positive, since majority of food today is artificial and it has no real energetic (from the source) value.
