Hey gang, I've been a bit quiet on here the last few days as I've been sniffling away feeling sorry for myself and nursing a cold, as most people in London seem to be at the moment!
When you're ill sometimes it's hard to get the proper nutrition that your body desperately needs as you just don't feel like cooking (or even getting out of bed).
Fortunately, I still had some fruit at home so was able to make myself a nice smoothie to cheer myself up with minimal effort and also pack in some much needed vitamins to see me back to health ๐
What you'll need:
1 small banana
Strawberries
Blueberries
1/2 cup of oat milk

Method:
Wash and chop your fruit
Add to your blender.
Add some milk.
Blend
Enjoy!
Super easy and really delicious with so few ingredients required to make something really healthy that will help you start to feel like your normal self again!
