Sun‘s out again ❤️ and it‘s time for another green smoothie bowl
Ingredients:
• banana
• pear
• big handfull spinach
• 1 tablespoon proteinpowder
• 1/3 cup soy or almond milk
• juice from half a lemon
Put all ingredients in your blender and blend till smooth.
Topped with one tablespoon soy joghurt, almond-cahsew-date-cacao-crumble, dried fruits
