Since I am vegan I regularly think about going fully raw for health reasons. All though I am on a plant-based diet doesn't mean I am on a healthy diet. Somehow I still eat too much junk food which isn't good in any diet and it doesn't help with weight loss either. Going on a plant based diet might do the trick. As I experienced during my juice fasts which are fully raw, my weight always goes down in a pretty impressive way.
But as soon as go back to cooked meals specially comfort food and junk food I always see my weight pic again and raising the scale to all-time highs. So obviously this doesn't cut it for me and I have to review my diet entirely.
I am following Fully Raw Kristina for years now and I also try to integrate more fully raw days into my diet but still doesn't make it for me. I love to eat and cook for family and friends and it is so difficult to cut it off my diet, all those delicious treats I prepare daily. Not to dig in seems impossible to me.
So just today I discovered this video from Tim Shieff where he is sharing his views and experiences he had going fully raw for 3 months now. Let's listen to what he has to say on that subject matter.
I would love to read your stories in the comment section below and start a discussion with you guys around going fully raw.
