Here's an amazing dessert to serve when you have people over for dinner. Crunchy crust, fudgy filling, vegan and sugar free!
Ingredients
For the crust
1 cup almonds
1 cup granola
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp melted neutral coconut oil
For the filling
1/2 cup dark chocolate chipits
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp melted neutral coconut oil
3/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Put all the ingredients of the crust in a food processor and pulse until crumbly. Firmly press que mixure in a 9 '' mold and cook for 14 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool on the counter and then put on the freezer for 15 minutes to cool completely.
2. While the crust is cooling of, put the ingredients of the filling in the food processor and pulse until smooth. Spread evenly in the crust and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
