I feel I need to share the simplicity and deliciousness of what I made for myself for brunch..
It was as simple as toasting left over specialty bread we found at the market in a pan with coconut oil until a nice golden cripsiness of your choice and a huge avacado that I only had room for half on my bun, a smear of Lizano Salsa (my new favorite), with a sprinkle of pink salt. Then... I just devoured the rest with a spoon out of the skin.. No shame here.
