Vegan chia & flax Seed Pancakes - Oil-Free and So-Quick & Easy
Here is a good vegan recipe for you to try for breakfast.

Delight in these low calorie, oil-free pancakes are a fast, simple, and pleasing breakfast that does not weigh you down.
1/4 cup entire wheat flour or entire wheat pastry flour.
2 tablesoons of ground chia seeds
2 tablespoons of flax seed meal
2 teaspoons Truvia (stevia sweetener) or the sweetener of your option to taste
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
6 tablespoons unsweetened soymilk or other non-dairy milk
1/8 teaspoon of almond extract
1/8 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Optional Garnishes: maple syrup, vegan sour cream or nut butter, sliced nuts, fruit, and so on
Slowly heat a frying pan on the hob on medium heat with a little oil or vegan butter of your choice. Now in a small bowl add all the ingredient except the topping and whisk all together Divide batter into 4 silver dollar-sized pancakes in the frying pan, carefully smoothing the tops. Thoroughly turn each pancake with a spatula and continue cooking on the opposite side till puffed, golden, and totally cooked through. Serve with any topping that you would like to add.
