I ate the pancakes with many more strawberries, because they are in season now and are very good!
(2.5 dl = 1 cup)
Cinnamon pancake
2.5 dl rolled oat
1 ripe banana
2.5 dl coconut milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
Start with blending the ote to a fine blender.
Add baking soda and cinnamon and blend them together before you add the banana and coconut milk.
Blend it until it becomes a smooth and nice smear, blend half a minut extra for safety.
Stir the pancakes in a non-stick frying pan until they are golden brown on both sides.
Serve with jam, fruit, berries and maple syrup or Agave nectar. Bon Appetit!
