Orak-arik is a simple and tasty Indonesian dish, especially for who isn't very genius in the kitchen.
How to prepare
Chop the cabbage and the bacon into small stripes, chop the onions and garlic into small cubes.
First fry the bacon, onions and garlic in a wok pan in a little vegetable oil. When the bacon is crispy, then it is the time to add the cabbage and a little bit of trassi. Note: the cabbage must remain crispy. Do not turn the heat too low.
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Mix this mixture through the baking mass in the wok pan and keep stirring until the eggs are solidified.
