I've been eating 100µg Vitamin-D daily since I first learned those who had died of Covid-19 had reportedly Vitamin-D deficiencies among other comorbidities.
While it is true I have been sick plenty of times during the pandemic, having had taken the tests, I have never actually contracted Covid-19. Either it has been so unnoticeable I didn't even know I was ill, or then I never did get it.

I did get the first vaccine and a booster when they first came out, but kind of forgot to go get any further boosters. And since the variants seemed to get faster, but weaker, and also infect those who were vaccinated more than those who hadn't, I thought that I might as well take my chances with the variants. They never hit me.
Recently, conclusive evidence has come in that Vitamin-D has a definite protective role against ill outcomes.
There have actually been several studies that have come to similar conclusions.
Dr. John Campbell has done a great job following and reporting the pandemic on YouTube since it started. I've been following his reports from the very beginning.
On his video Yesterday, he talks about the effects of Vitamin-D against the Covid19 viruses.
I agree with him. It is very disturbing that Vitamin-D hasn't been widely recommended as a means of alleviating and preventing the disease from the very start of the pandemic.
