Food is a word to describe. Very delicious! I eat chicken hotpot the first time so delicious. Unlike chicken hot pot dishes I've eaten. Here they fry the chicken with the bamboo shoots first and then pour into the hot pot. Hot pot sauce is very spicy. There are also frog fried sweet and sour frog with sauteed bamboo shoots.
