This is a superb infusion. All the essential oils from the young green ghost pepper and the lemons infused brilliantly with the vodka. Initially I did leave a fully ripe pepper in the jar but it stayed in the there for only an hour. The idea was NOT to create the world's hottest vodka and instead a pleasantly infused drinkable vodka. Sure got a winner here.
Vodka - 750 ml
One young ghost pepper cut up into pieces.
Two kusaie lemons split into half
Let the pepper and the lemons swim in the vodka for two days and strain. Enjoy the infused vodka neat or use it any way you like it. It will make one hell of a Bloody Mary though. Enjoy ;-)
