I don't think you even realize that this beautiful salad is actually leftover from the other day.
I had few bites of chicken breast I grilled and some grated parmesan cheese that was a little wet because my son spilled water on it.
I was thinking to make Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo but I decided to try something new. Came up with parmesan bowl made from soggy parmesan cheese, I arranged it with some vegetables I kept a little bit aside every time I cook.
Serve with Tamarind dressing, a tangy taste with wonderful flavor of acidity. Plus, add some chili flakes guys. Superb.
