Being an avid fan of fitness and training I often get the punchline, it is all about building muscle and burning fat.
That is to some extend true, if your goals are a ripped physique and a certain look. This is often mixed with the phenomenon of weightloss, actually causing the people trying to loose weight, that they should follow the routines of the average top fitness model.
The problem is that a routine of a top fitness model revolves around fine tuning and perfecting a certain look. For the average person wanting to lose weight this is not the answer.
So the first question you need to ask yourself is what is it I want to achieve? and the second question: what is my current body status?
If you want to lose fat by larger amounts, start by consume less the 2000 calories if you are a male. Forget all about anything else. Do this for a week and note your weight-loss.
It is as simple as that. There are much more to incorporate. But this is the core issue.
More to follow.......
