Hello everyone, my name's Craig and after years of being overweight, I finally did something about it and lost over 140lbs in the process. Hope this can inspire you all!
I was always "chubby" as a kid, but in my late teens, I slimmed out to a normal weight. In my early 20's I sunk into a depression and after my relationship broke down, I would eat and drink to make myself feel better. I would sit on the sofa playing games and be drinking alcohol.
My dad took this candid picture of me whilst I was sitting on the couch watching tv, before I started my weight loss journey.
I started to get into cycling and I refurbished an old bicycle so I could get out there and burn some fat.
Due to the bad weather in England, I was unable to cycle as much as I'd of liked, so I made my way to Chiang Mai, Thailand where the weather was much more consistent and warmer, not to mention all the great roads! I met up with some like minded people who would often ride with me.
After a few months of cycling, I really started to see some good results
I decided to make Chiang Mai my home and I've lived here for coming up to 2 1/2 years now.
