Fat source: Raw shredded cheese, balsamic vinegrette.
A common mistake when eating a ketogenic diet is focusing on meat and cheese only. The healthier way to go keto is by making sure you get big large amounts of veggies into your diet to add the necessary fiber and micronutrients.
While I’m on the keto diet I consume up to 10 cups of vegetables per day.
