I have recently been focusing on my weight loss journey. One thing everyone keeps saying is it’s 80% what you eat and 20% excersize. I have struggled with my weight for years , since having my children and just find it so difficult to shed these unwanted pounds.
I have joined a gym and taken classes , but I really didn’t see many of the pounds start dropping. It only started when I began following a meal plan. Now that I have been following a meal plan I’m almost at my halfway point to meeting my goal.
It is very true that and are made in the kitchen. I’m finally 35 lbs down in the last year and have about 25-35 lbs more to go . This is beginning to become more of a struggle as I’m getting bored with eating the same old foods. And the kids having chips and candy around the house doesn’t help.
What type of meal plan do you follow if any ? What works for you when it comes to weight loss and getting fit ? Any nutritionist out there with suggestions ?
I know part of it is common sense but I’d like to see how I can get the best results in the shortest amount of time.
