I would like to share with you my weight loss transformation. I have started exercising regularly about 2 years ago. I can't imagine a day without doing my workout. It makes me feel energised and happy. And it sure helped with toning my body and losing fat.
I have been very active as a child but in my teenage years, I got dragged away by peers and friends into "party lifestyle" (which I really regret now) and didn't exercise at all for almost 5 years in a row - I know it's crazy right? I started running back in London, after that I got into daily cycling when I moved to Thailand. It was a real game changer. I have gained so much fitness on the bicycle. It really helps to build endurance and burn calories. I also like to do speed walking, HIIT and ab workouts at home. Cause I don't like going to the gym :)
I don't run marathons, I just move my body daily and have a routine that pays off.

Weight loss doesn't happen over night - be patient, stay motivated and your body will become the strongest and fittest version of itself.
