Whaleshares is already with us…First of all I want to thanks
and
for the opportunity to activate our creativity through this contest.
I prepared a swiss roll cold, the pionono was made of vanilla, filled with custard cream with blue mint in honor to whales. Decorated with white cream.
Ingredients for the pionono:
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 spoon of Vanilla
- ¼ cup of milk
Preparation:
- Separate the yolks
- Put the egg whites in a bowl
- Make a meringue and add one yolk at a time mixing at high velocity
- Stop using the mixer and incorporate the flour, baking powder, vainilla and milk with a wooden spoon and mix slowly
- Put wax paper on a tray and add the mixture.
- When ready place the pionono on a clean and wet kitchen towel and roll
- Let cool
Ingredients for the white cream:
- 1/2 litre of milk
- 4 yolks
- 80 grams of flour
- 1/ cup of sugar
- 2 tablespoon of unflavoured gelatin
- Mint concentrate
Preparation:
- Place the milk in a pan and bring to boil
- In a bowl place the eggs yolks with the flour and mix well
- Put this in the milk, whisking all the time to avoid lumps
- Hydrate the gelatin in 4 spoons of cold water and place it to the milk cream
- Once ready put the mint at taste, careful some mints are too strong in flavor Cool
Assemblying the desert
- Open the pionono, add the custard cream all over it, and roll
- Let cool in the refrigerator
- Decorate with Italian meringue or anything you pefer
I decided to make this dessert with mint because the mint is refreshing and give a welfare sensation, and I think that Whaleshares is refreshing in this world of the blockchain and its launching, it has been refreshing for all the people that coexist in this kind of platforms that rewards but with the knowledge that whaleshares is more than publishing, is for share.
