Last year, I ventured into YouTube creating videos with artificial intelligence. It was an incredible and terrible experience at the same time. I managed to make some money during that period, around $1,500 per month for a few months. Nice, considering I spent only about 3 or 4 hours a day creating videos, so it was worth it, especially when you multiply every dollar earned by 5 compared to the Brazilian real here in Brazil...
Anyway, YouTube changed its guidelines or became stricter, whatever, and demonetized thousands of channels. I was one of those people who had their channel demonetized overnight, without any prior warning. The thing is, I already imagined that this could happen, it was way too easy...
But anyway, along with those channels, many channels from people who didn’t even use artificial intelligence were also demonetized. Some kind of automated system used to ban those channels probably caught those guys too. Some managed to get their channels back, others didn’t... Unfair? Maybe. But the big point is: nothing is guaranteed on Web2, because the house belongs to them, and so do the rules. In the end, you are nothing...
