WinExperience - Conte Dracula Tinto/Red

Eu adiei muito a abertura desta garrafa. Não sabia o que esperar porque não conheço muitos vinhos para além dos Portugueses e nunca tinha provado nenhum Romeno. Era sugerido para acompanhar borrego, carne de caça ou pratos marroquinos ou indianos. Um dia decidi não esperar mais e abri-o para acompanhar uma entrada de pão com queijo de cabra e uma refeição de cozido de grão com espinafres. Muito diferente do recomendado, mas um vinho bom é bom sempre. E este era! Syrah é uma das senão a minha casta favorita, portanto era um bom começo. Esta garrafa foi uma boa WinExperience estrangeira para mim.

I postponed the opening of this bottle. I didn't know what to expect because I don't know many non-portuguese wines and had never tried a Romanian wine. It was recommended to drink with lamb, game or with morrocan or indian food. One day I decided not to wait any longer and opened it to drink with a starter of bread with goat cheese and a chickpea and spinach meal. Very different from the suggestion but a good wine is always good. And this one was! Syrah is one of the if not my favorite variety, so it was a good starting point. This bottle was a very good foreign WinExperience for me.
