Style Update

War of Decentralization now has a different design. A little more retro green to match the Cyber game.
The game will be more in the Cyber Atmosphere now and the main priority will be set on it.
The icon, the banner and the website have already been adapted to the new design (not yet everywhere but it will happen over time).

Why this style change?

Because the game gets a different atmosphere now. The game is being rebuilt and scripts are being rewritten.
There have been problems to clarify the game elements lately but this has changed now.

This is only a small update and not a community update.
