Today i did 1 mouth of my working out in the gym. Just showing how i look after serious discipline in home and gym. My weight is 78 kilos and im getting bigger.
The biggest part is when i wake up i drink water, after that starting the day with 50 pushups, and then going to the gym. Yoga exercisese are pretty good for doing clean form and making yourself stronger. I do yoga 5 days a week after the fitness training.
My friend just gave me a program how to start working out and i made it!
