I collected a lot of selected media files with myself and the the pole.
Revised it. Motivates, however. Immediately appeared tricky thoughts like "catch up and overtake" :)
This is 2014-2015 years. Then because of the problems with the joints, I threw the great idea to train the power rise up into the human-flag. But, it seems it's time to get it out of there, to shake off the dust from my old butt and put it into practice :)
Well, its time to go to the gym, isnt it? ))
