I like working out. But just static training in a gym is not always my cup of tea. I was a basketball player when i was younger, so i’m used to some action.
So after a couple of other sports that i’ve tried like kickboxing(injuries) and golf(kids and a restaurant so i don’t have time to play) i found something that i really liked. Crossfit!!
I practiced at this box in Lier for 2 years.
Crossfit is a combination of athletics, gymnastics and weight lifting. Some workouts are timed so there is a lot of action. There also always is a coach with you. Something that i can really use when i’m training. So i don’t have the time to play with my smartphone to check Steemit or how my Bitcoins are doing.😉
But after a foot operation i quitted. That’s now almost a year ago. A year with some training in the gym, but always on a slow tempo and not very motivated.
So i’ve decided, that i’m going back to Crossfit!!!💪
And i’m starting on monday. So if you don’t see a Crossfit article on monday, something went very wrong.
Anyway Crossfit also has a lot of cardio training so the last couple of weeks i was already doing some running to pimp my condition a bit.
And today i went for a little outdoor training with my jumping rope.
Tired already, but i’m looking forward to monday. Now some healthy breakfast(greek yoghurt, banana and homemade granola made by my lovely ) and get to work.
