A few months ago, I completed a 60-day yoga challenge, and it was a very positive experience. So I decided to do a new challenge and practice yoga every day until 12/31. There are no complicated rules - just practice yoga every day.
Most days I practice yoga first thing in the morning on my mat at home. I often do classes from www.theyogacollective.com. Classes are between 10 - 60+ minutes in length, various difficult levels and different styles. When I practice right after getting up, I like to do a gentle Vinyasa flow for about 30 minutes. It’s a great way to start the day and wake up the body and mind.
When I practice later in the day, I often choose longer and more challenging classes, often involving twists, backbends and balancing poses.
