Hello Foodies,
The second day of this week was very hectic and traumatic but I still managed to do all of the tasks which I wrote on my diary for today. What do you do when you feel hectic and starving at the same time? Well, I'm going to share a recipe of Zinger Burgers which I made at the first day of Iftar but couldn't find time to upload here because there were many recipes coming in between.
We all used to eat such burgers from the famous restaurant such as KFC and McDonald but I wanted to give a try at home that how it turns out. Obviously, not the similar taste but worth trying at home at such an affordable prices. Here I'm going to share a process that how I prepared at home.
1.First off, you need to hammered the chicken thigh pieces to break its muscles. This process makes thigh pieces juicy and tender.
2.Now place these chicken pieces into water with vinegar and salt for 10 minutes at lease so it can release blood if it has inside any.
3.Get the chicken pieces out of the water and let it dry a bit. Now add salt, red pepper, ginger powder, and garlic powder and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
4.After 30 minutes, coat these chicken pieces into all purpose flour for twice. First dip into all purpose flour then dip into water then coat in the flour well. Now its ready to fry in oil at both side.
5.Its time to assemble it. I got readymade burgers from the market. Just heated these burger on the hot pan and started to assemble. It will look like this at the end.
6.Place the lower piece of the burger on the plate, spread the mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise first, then put a lettuce leave and fried chicken piece. Cover it with the other layer of the bread.
7.You can serve these burgers with french fries on the side or serve it with coleslaw salad.
