私も大根の葉大好きです。大根の葉をみじん切りにしてフライパンにごま油を熱して、白ごまと葉を一緒に混ぜて炒めて、少し冷めたらそれをご飯にまぜておにぎりにしたら、もうサイコーです。大根の葉は油と炒めると栄養価も高くていいそうですよ。ヨーロッパでも大根は買えるのですが葉はしなしな状態なのでこれができないんです、、。昔祖母が作ってくれたのを思い出して懐かしくなりました★
