Hello everyone! Welcome to a new drawing of the week. I hope you are having a wonderful day. This time, I wanted to do more than just a drawing of a human, so I present to you a silk monster. This idea came out of the blue in a brainstorm. Normally, I usually draw humans because they are easier to imagine, but a monster requires a story and special characteristics. Also, it must be terrifying to look at.For the line drawing, I created a big rag-like monster that, when it opens its mouth, can eat people. It can hide very well during the night and would not look scary when lying down. However, when it gets up and shows its big mouth full of sharp teeth, it would fill you with terror. The only way to recognize it is to see if the silk cloth lying on the ground has a puny Viking helmet on it. I added that detail so that when you see it, it will remind you of the silk monster.As for the coloring, I painted him a dirty brown to give him an antique look. His helmet I painted metallic gray and the yellow lights to give him a touch of the past. Below you can see the illustration process, I hope you enjoy it!
