Me he dado cuenta que yo tengo muchas veces la mala costumbre de apegarme mucho bien sea a cosas materiales o a personas. Aunque hoy día más a lo segundo, ya que he aprendido a comprender que no vale la pena tener apegos materiales, y ya con eso no tengo problemas a menos que sea con algo que tenga mucho valor sentimental, pero tampoco me invade el sentimiento por mucho tiempo. Pero el problema es cuando, esto me pasa con personas... Yo digo mala costumbre, porque cuando me pasan estas cosas noto que es algo mío ya que hay personas que no son así, o tienen la capacidad de soltar muy fácil, cosa que a mí no me sucede y a veces incluso me frustra un poco. Quiero acotar que no siento que yo tenga Dependencia Emocional, no se mucho al respecto, pero lo que sé es que, aunque a veces me siento mal por alguien, no considero que mi bienestar o mis estados de ánimos dependan de esa persona, sino que simplemente me cuesta tener que desacostumbrarme a muchas cosas y cuando me invaden recuerdos es simplemente tener que lidiar con ellos, más no necesariamente tener que estar o hablar con ese alguien.

No quisiera dar muchos detalles pero desde que comenzó el año me comencé a apoyar mucho en una persona que por malos entendidos ahorita ha cambiado mucho el trato conmigo y está encerrado en una burbuja de cosas que realmente no son verdad y me cuesta primero asimilarlo, y segundo tener que tomar una cierta distancia, que si lo he hecho, pero también me afecta muchísimo, porque además con esta situación me he podido dar cuenta que yo tengo un corazón demasiado bondadoso, que se apoyar, estar para los demás y si le tengo demasiado cariño a esa persona (como es el caso) me cuesta no intentar ser atenta, no mostrar afecto, o cambiar el trato drásticamente, y créanme que lo he intentado, pero muchas veces me afinco en la idea de que uno no tiene por qué ser como los demás, pero es duro saben? Me cuesta tener que ir en contra a mi ser, o a mis sentimientos, pero si no lo hago entonces me seguirá afectando, no sé hasta cuando, pero igual me pega muchísimo, porque se y no sé qué hacer a la vez…

Yo la verdad he estado muy cerrada a hablar esto con alguien, me he sentido muy cansada y distraída mentalmente por esto y de paso por otras cosas más que dios, quisiera poder estar sola para no sé, darme la libertad de llorar si mi cuerpo quiere llorar, pero con todas las de la ley, sin tener que reprimirme para evitar estar dando explicaciones o lastima, a veces me siento sola, y aunque sé que no es así igual me cuesta hablar de cómo me siento y los porqué con amigos cercanos porque en parte se cuáles podrían ser sus respuestas y consejos, entonces siento que igual voy a quedar en las mismas, pero de verdad considero que emocionalmente no estoy al 100%, hay días en que me levanto con una energía, un agradecimiento, de muy buen ánimo y actitud, pero hay otros que ni yo me entiendo, no entiendo por qué hay cosas que me duelen mucho, o por qué lo permito, por qué lloro, hay días en que no sé nada de verdad verdad… Hoy quise terminar de escribir este post, porque es algo que de cierta forma me ayuda a soltar las emociones, hoy (un día lunes) me dio hasta por llorar en público y en frente de mi entrenador (que es mi mejor amigo) en el gym, o sea, por más que sea tengo que liberar esas emociones y permitir todo lo que quiera mi corazón, para por un lado poder estar mucho más tranquila, y con más cabeza para pensar, analizar, etc. Porque reprimir las emociones enferma, de hecho. También que escribiendo me sirve para descubrir más cosas de mí, por ejemplo, el hecho de saber que esta persona piensa cosas de mi que no son verdad, me ha llevado a tener que intentar tanto a que no piense de esa manera pero realmente eso desgasta muchísimo, y por más que sea yo confío en mí, sé quién soy verdaderamente, pero no sé, por alguna razón me pega el hecho de que piensen y afirmen, o por lo menos esta persona en específico cosas que no son verdad… y ustedes se preguntarán, por qué sigo ahí? Y la verdad es porque esta persona, aunque no lo admita, de cierta forma me necesita, y como les comenté en un principio, me cuesta decir que no a ayudar o apoyar, y más por todo el amor que yo le agarré.

También por un lado es como yo muchas veces he tenido que ser, hacer y estar sola en muchos aspectos, sé que a veces puede costar muchísimo y por tal razón también me cuesta negarme a brindar ese apoyo que necesita, porque esta persona no es de mi ciudad y pronto se va, además. Esto último quizás me ayude a terminar de soltar muchas cosas, sobre todo el apego sentimental, pero de igual forma es un proceso, una montaña rusa… y ojo, yo sé que, para todo, nada es lineal y yo me permito vivir cada momento, pero cuando se siente el vacío en el corazón es cuando te ves en la necesidad de hacer algo, de ayudarte de alguna forma y armarte de valor, porque no es un sentimiento para nada fácil… y es la segunda vez que paso por algo así. Por eso como mencioné al principio, tengo esa mala costumbre de acostumbrarme mucho y no tener la capacidad de desprenderme tan rápido, así que juro que estoy intentando ser muy paciente y autocompasiva conmigo… Además he podido notar, que a pesar de recibir a veces un trato como muy seco, por decirlo de alguna forma, a pesar de que yo he colaborado y mostrado afecto sin intenciones de nada, porque simplemente así es mi ser, no me nace ser vengativa ni juzgar a la otra persona, porque yo si reconozco que cometí fallas, pero supe agachar la cabeza y hacerme responsable de las consecuencias, y sé que esta persona también en este momento tiene muchas inseguridades con las que lidiar y por más que sea me es difícil adoptar un trato igual al que yo recibo por “venganza” o algo así. Pero se que si alguien me lee puede pensar en que no me estoy dando yo mi lugar tampoco, y la verdad muchas veces es algo que me cuesta mucho y no sé por qué, porque hasta con mi familia me pasa, y pues por mí misma a veces me coloco en éstas situaciones de las que me cuesta y no me es tan sencillo salir.

Para ir finalizando, la razón por la que en este caso me acostumbré tanto a esta persona, es porque compartiendo me di cuenta que yo necesitaba cariño, necesitaba presencia de alguien, necesitaba como consuelo, y aunque ya eso no lo tengo de igual forma cuando se da un abrazo, por ejemplo, yo siento un alivio grande, y la verdad como descubrí que me hacía mucha falta pues me comencé a apoyar y nada de lo que pasó ni está pasando yo me lo imaginé, o sea de verdad me cuesta creer muchas cosas y me cuestiono que tanto pude haber hecho que haya provocado la situación, pero el caso es que me cuesta terminar de asimilar y entender todo, como para ponerle fin a lo sentimental, porque a esa persona, aunque no sé cómo fue su verdadero proceso, solo puedo decir que no fue tan dramático como el mío… Y lo que me molesta y aturde es el por qué me afecta tanto, o sea, yo siempre he leído que “nunca recibes lo que das, pero das lo que eres” pero en casos como este duele como si fuese algo más grave, y no entender es muy frustrante para mí. Quizás es por recibir cosas que no merezco, quizás es porque me acostumbré ya a siempre estar que todo me sale automático, que esto si me pasa de hecho, si soy más consciente de eso, pero también por ello a veces me siento intensa, me frustra no tener que ser yo, porque me hace sentir triste que por malos entendidos me hayan hecho la cruz, (para que sea más entendible, cambiar el trato, o perder importancia para esa otra persona) como se diría aquí en Venezuela cuando más ha sido lo bueno y las veces que he estado de todo corazón y sin esperar nada a cambio.

Pero lastimosamente cada quien decide, piensa y hace lo que mejor puede en el momento… no tomarme las cosas personales también me cuesta un poco, pero sé que en parte no tienen que ver conmigo e intento repetírmelo muchas veces, como de darme ánimos y hasta abrazarme yo misma, porque es una lucha interna conmigo misma, pero como les dije que esta persona se va, no estar ahí me haría sentir mal también, porque ya una vez pasé por un experiencia similar, no tan parecida, pero al final no se sintió nada bien y por supuesto recibí rechazo y con mucha razón… así que es un dilema, es fuerte para mí, pero sé que un futuro, y lo espero, poder ser más cuidadosa de cómo me relaciono, con amigos, con parejas, de cualquier forma, para que al final si llega a haber un distanciamiento, no me afecte de tal forma… Si llegaste hasta aquí, te lo agradezco muchísimo, y si has pasado por una situación similar cuéntame que te ayudó a salir de eso, para ver si consigo otras alternativas que permitan estar más tranquila y mente fría con todo… ¡espero tengan una bonita semana, saludos y muchas bendiciones, un abrazo! ❤

Today I wanted to finish writing this post, because it is something that in a way helps me to let go of emotions, today (a Monday) I even cried in public and in front of my trainer (who is my best friend) at the gym, that is, however much I have to release those emotions and allow everything my heart wants, on the one hand to be much calmer, and more head to think, analyze, etc.. Because repressing emotions makes you sick, in fact.
