Hotbit exchange. Liquidity there isn't the best (and sometimes it's actually good, if you are patient). I really started to like it when they introduced BTC withdrawals to SegWit addresses with only 0.00001

Thanks! :) I detailed my habits in this post. I mostly trade BTC-USDT pair on an exchange without fees (it actually pays 0.05% for maker orders that are taken). Or I just stack sats if none of my limit
