Vitamin D

With everything being indoors in today's world (work, classes, exercise for some people), it's hard for people to get sufficient amounts of Vitamin D. I live in the Midwest and I can only go sun bathe for probably 5 months out of the year. Pretty depressing... Many people aren't getting enough of this Vitamin and this can cause health problems. Calcium

This doesn't need much explanation I think. We all know the benefits of Calcium when it comes to improving our bone health. Vitamin D also helps in absorption of Calcium. Now, there's are many articles out there suggesting how it may be bad to take Calcium supplements but in moderation, it should not be a problem. Anything in excess is bad.
