Often when researching you stumble across documents or information that makes you pause, and ask...is this for real? The PDF document is entitled "Future Strategic Issues/Future Warfare [Circa 2025]", published by Dennis M. Bushnell formerly the Chief Scientist at NASA's Langley Research Center.

One of the first slides in this PDF document proclaims that: "This Presentation is meant to incite thought/discussion." and "Is based in all cases upon existing data/trends/analyses/technologies (e.g., NO PIXIE DUST)"

The next slide list a plethora of global of intelligence and defense agencies including Army After Next, USAF 2025, National Research Center, Australian DOD, DARPA, and the National Reconnaissance Office just to name a few.

All of the slides in this PDF file will be released in full at the end of this article, but I would like to focus on a few that caught my attention. The next slide was entitled "Inexpensive Motivational Asynchronous Web-Based Distance Education Enables":

-Demise of the U.S. "underclass."

-Wealth Creation from enabled "Invention."

-Stabilization of World Population.

-[Even More] Rapid Technology Diffusion.

-Equalization of "Haves" and "Havenots."

-Altered Political/military outlooks Worldwide- I.E. Changes "Everything."

The first thing we have to ask ourselves is what do these terms mean? What is a "Have" or "Havenot"? Is this the Hunger Games? Or reality? One could interpret it as classism or the wealth gap, mix with uncontrolled rampant capitalism, and widespread nationwide homelessness could be what they mean by the equalization of "Haves" and "Havenots." The fact that global issues like hunger and war could all be ended by those in power is further proof that it all may be by design. Jeff Bezos has enough money to end homelessness but he chooses not to. This is exactly what many have been yelling about for the last decade, instead of giving the masses to means to succeed those in power are purposefully holding us back and keeping us in check. The evidence is right in front of us, and NASA will never explain to us what they are talking about in these slides or what they mean, it is up to us.

"Rapid Technology Diffusion", now what exactly does that mean NASA? According to Wikipedia Diffusion means "the net movement of anything (e.g., ideas, ions, molecules) from a region of higher concentration to a region of lower concentration. Oh, so you mean like highjacking technology and medicines that could help better civilization, and instead keep it for the rich and powerful?

Another frightening thing that is casually mentioned in this slide is the "Demise of the U.S. underclass." Again please do not expect NASA to hold a press conference and explain what the demise of the underclass means, but what it sounds like to me is that NASA you know, the space agency, is talking about creating technologies to assist in the demise of the U.S. underclass. These terms like "underclass" "haves" and "havenots" are not familiar terms to everyday Americans. However, it does not take a rocket scientist to decipher what NASA means. It's Population Control.

The next part I will address is "Stabilization of World Population." Controlling the world's population, stabilization of the world's population, whatever you wish to say it's meaning cannot be mistaken. It is Population Control. It is an abhorrent mid-evil practice of making sure poor people don't spoil the fortunes of the rich and powerful in the most grotesque way possible. This, in combination with the "Rapid Technology Diffusion", solidifies the theory that cures to long-standing diseases like cancer or other terminal illnesses could have been cured years ago, but instead the knowledge and technologies to do so are kept from the public in order to maintain the "Stabilization of World Population."

Out of all of the things mentioned, I believe that the most blatant one happening in front of our eyes right now is "Altered Political/military outlooks Worldwide- I.E. Changes "Everything." Based on the fact that this slide was entitled: "Inexpensive Motivational Asynchronous Web-Based Distance Education Enables" This is a fancy name for psychological operations or py-ops. Why is NASA building technologies to alter people's political and military outlooks worldwide? Furthermore, why does this future warfare presentation seem to be focused on U.S. citizens and the global population as a whole?

The third slide I will highlight is entitled "Humans Have "Taken Over" and Vastly Shortened "Evolution."

-Of the Planet

- Global Warming/Pollution/Deforestation

-Huge "Public "Work" (e.g. 3 Gorges Dam)

-Of the Human Species

-Genomic Design and Repair

-"Mind Children" (Morevac)

-Products/Lifeforms

-Cross Species Molecular Breeding

-"Directed Evolution" (Maxygen etc.)

This slide seems to be listing reasons as to why humans are responsible for halting our own evolution. I think most cognitive minds on this planet understand and agree that humans are harming our own evolution. The simple or less scary explanation to this slide is that maybe it is a reference to Generation Z, a demographic of young people from the ages of seven to twenty-two who have always had the Internet at the fingertips and they are typically more adept to technology and social media. The more frightening explanation is that the advent of technology has made it easier to control emotions and behavior via social media platforms.

Facebook has in the past admitted to doing "test studies" on users without their knowledge including tests that studied how happy news and sad news affects one's emotions by filling some unsuspecting users news feed with negative stories and others with positive stories and evaluating how this changed the user's behavior. The study once made public generated a lot of controversy and backlash from users.

Facebook conducted this research on over 689k users unbeknownst to them in 2012. The study was reportedly done to determine "whether exposure to emotional content led people to post content that was consistent with the exposure—thereby testing whether exposure to verbal affective expressions leads to similar verbal expressions, a form of emotional contagion" The experiment, however, went way farther than that. They purposefully filled unsuspecting user's news feed with negative post changing their emotions, even making them depressed in some cases. It also revealed that when a person is not getting a lot of attention on Facebook they suffered withdrawal symptoms. So I dunno, do you think the government could control our minds or dictate our behavior using existing technology? The answer is yes. (Facebook Experiment in full)

The term "Mind Children" (Moravec) was very alarming until I realized it was in reference to Hans Peter Moravec an adjunct faculty member at the Robotics Institute of Carnegie Mellon University and his book "Mind Children." Moravec wrote about "The Future of Robot and Human Intelligence", he also outlines Moore's law and predictions about the future of artificial life.

This ties into the next slide that has the reassuring title of "Worldwide IT Revolution"

-Comms(Communications)/Computing/Sensors/Electronics

-U.S. commercial IT and R&D(Research & Development)~100B/yr.

-Factor of 1 Million further improvement [Silicon, Molecular, Quantum, Bio, Optical]

-Beyond Human AI?

-Automatics Robots "in the large"

-Immersive multi-sensory VR/"Holodecks"

-Ubiquitous multi-physics/hyperspectral sensors [land, air, sea, space]

Micro/Nanosats/GNC sensors etc.

In this slide, we obviously see a lot of money and resources being spent on AI and robotics, but most of it is a technology that common people have never heard of nor are we supposed to know apparently. NASA is funded by our tax dollars and I'd rather they stuck to the moon and planets and not global population control or the equalization of haves and havenots or the demise of the U.S. underclass. I guess we know now why Elon Musk is going to Mars and not NASA because the National Aeronautics and Space Administration is studying how they can help with population control and that is a now proven fact.

I will continue to research these documents and their implications on the public. I hope others will do the same and join me in demanding answers to the questions posed in this article, after all We the People are NASA's boss and we need to hold them accountable. I will continue to file Freedom of Information Act request in search of further information. I implore everyone to research these documents on their own and draw their own conclusions.
